This was one of the best games Namco designed during the golden age of vidgames, using a vector screen in its view of a mostly underground scene where you need to blow two types of monsters, Pooka and Fygar, full of air to blow ‘em to kingdom come! One of the funnest games I played in my childhood.
Then, here’s the sequel, which may have been overlooked, where you need to match wits with all the pesky monsters on something like an island, and to try to blow them up while they’re standing on chunks of the ends, but to be careful not to be standing there yourself! Pretty good stuff.
