Actually, this is New Rally X, which was made two years after the first game. It’s a fun little racing game where you need to run a sports car around a complicated maze trying to make it to various special checkpoints, all the while trying to avoid running into rival red cars. You can try to shake some of the cars off your tail by emitting a special smoke screen that can stun them, a tactic which may be limited in use every stage, though. You also need to take note of the time limit the game’s got, which may be similar to Frogger’s.
