A beat-em-up game made as a followup to Pit Fighter by more or less the same staff, and with a similar interface. Unfortunately, in contrast to Pit Fighter, this one really tanks. It may try to borrow a page from Final Fight, but look at how for starters, the enemies are largely limited to just one at a time appearing, and come to think of it, when they do turn up, they’re pretty hard for a game of this sort! Another problem? Some games like these can end up becoming unintentionally funny, as the way the players fall over suggests. I can’t help but giggle at how things go here. Plus, the game involves elements that may be a little too sleazy for games of this sort, like that bum in the subway station. If this didn’t do any better than Pit Fighter, I wouldn’t be surprised.
