Call this a Pac-Man ripoff if you will, not just because it’s so derivative, but also because the graphics here are awful. This was one of the lesser arcade games made during the early 80s where the designers pushed the edge of their hardware’s envelope and ended up with a ghastly game interface. The idea here is to collect all the dots just like in the much superior game that this one imitates, while avoiding the police cars driving around, unless you can obtain the power pills that enable you to run them over. At least the designers had the audacity to say at the end, “crime doesn’t pay!” But that still doesn’t make it any good. This game rates a big “bleah.”
