A classic game where you guide a cave-boy through tricky forest and oceanic terrain to rescue a pretty cave-girl. Here’s the tape in 2 parts, of the Sega Master System version:

I remember this great production from way back when, where you gotta brave all those deadly snakes, spiders and sharks, and even pick up fruit along the way for extra points and even energy. One little problem is that some of the stages, certainly the forest scenes, look an awful lot the same, but after awhile, it does manage to come up with some different looking areas too. You can even get a football helmet and skateboard to assist you in knocking down some enemies without fear of injury, and sometimes there’s even a little guardian angel who provides brief immortality. How about that?
This was very good, and led to some sequels in following years, which I’ll try to look for later.
