This was a Breakout-style game developed for Atari in 1989 by Axlon, a special game development company owned by Atari founder Nolan Bushnell, with a Chinese theme involving dragons.
Atari also made another game with the same name 2 years afterwards, also a Breakout clone, that includes some Pong-style maneuvers as well. If I can ever find a recording of that, I’ll try to post it here as well.
