And now, here’s a taping of the sequel to the first game using laserdisc tech:
Once again, the princess is kidnapped by another evildoer who’s travelling around in time, and you need to travel around in a time machine to search for and rescue her. And what a journey in time it is! Who would’ve thought even Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass would be alluded to here?
Of course, there’s still those obnoxious “death scenes” we have to deal with here, which again make this annoying to watch, and even some of the so-called humor is in questionable taste; even in anime this would be hard to accept. The parts where you can obtain bonus items though, are priceless.
